Clicking the "View Event" link doesn't do anything.

--Have you downloaded and installed the correct Windows Media Player for your operating system?

Windows Media Player gives an error message. "The request is not valid in the current state." or "The server is not available(the server is busy or not online), or you get this error box

--The stream has either not yet begun or there are technical difficulties beyond our control. It is highly unlikely that the server is actually busy since it can accomodate thousands of simultaneous viewer requests.

The picture is small and/or fuzzy.

--Because of the nature of internet video, files sizes must be kept to a minimum but still allow a nice viewing experience. Because of this some sacrifices must be made in quality and size. The image will not be as crisp as you are accustomed to seeing on cable or satelite television.

Where do I get my username and password?

--You should receive your username and password from an Arbonne representative in your upline.

My username and login don't work.

--Did you capitalize words that need capitalizaton.

--Make sure your capslock button is not pressed.

The video stops and begins to buffer.

--You must have a broadband (high speed) internet connection like DSL or cable. To check your connection speed:

Windows users click Start-->Control Panel. Double click Network Connections-->Local Area Connection. A window will display your connection speed and statistics of your connection. It must be a minimum of 200Kbps or .2Mbps.

As a last resort only, you may call Jim at 405-833-0598.

If all else fails it could be possible that the internet connection at the event site has either failed or is inconsistent. This will cause the video to stop intermittently, completely or "black out." Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to remedy this situation short of ordering and establishing our own internet connection.
